If the fit isn’t right, you may be eligible for a one-time free size replacement on your first order.

Replacement eligibility

To keep this program fair for everyone:

• The Perfect-Fit Guarantee applies once per customer, on their first order only

• Replacements must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Our Sizing Team will review each request to ensure the replacement size is the best option for you

If approved, we’ll send you the correct size free of charge, no need to return the original pair.
