General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Day: Calendar day.

Durable medium: Any instrument which enables the consumer or business to store information addressed personally to them in a way that is accessible for future reference and allows unchanged reproduction of the information stored.

Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Business: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.

Distance contract: A contract concluded between a business and a consumer under an organized distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the business and the consumer.

Means of distance communication: Means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and business being together in the same place at the same time.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the business and to every distance contract concluded between the business and the consumer.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be stated in the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the business will confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in Australia and Canada may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within a specified period, typically 14 days, depending on local consumer protection laws.
Article 7 – Obligations of the Consumer During the Cooling-off Period
During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care.
Article 8 – Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the business of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Article 9 – Effects of Withdrawal
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the business shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the business is informed about the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
Article 10 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products and services, such as:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Services that have been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.service-public.fr
Article 11 – The Price
The prices of the products and/or services are as stated on the website and include all applicable taxes and charges.
Article 12 – Compliance and Warranty
The business guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability.
Article 13 – Delivery and Execution
The business will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing product orders.
Article 14 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 working days after the commencement of the cooling-off period.
Article 15 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted fully and clearly described to the business within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.
Article 16 – Disputes
Contracts between the business and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by the laws of Australia and Canada, depending on the consumer's location.
