At Vera’s Undies, we take great pride in the quality and comfort of our leakproof underwear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


Returns

Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or washed underwear.

Process

To start a return, email us at support@vera-undies.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for your return

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

💡 Please note: We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent directly to our fulfilment centre.


Refunds

Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—refunds may take time to appear.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary by institution.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you receive a faulty product, email us at support@vera-undies.com, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
